Programming included will be art therapy, feminist theory, IFS, and narrative therapy. These will be empowerment groups centered around how to navigate the world as a queer individual. The goal of the group is to acknowledge, discuss, and dissect problems that are unique to LGBTQ+ individuals while doing so in solidarity. The group provides a platform for queer teens and adults to express and learn about themselves in a safe and inclusive space.  Workshop is $25 a session, 8 sessions. This is a closed workshop you cannot join after groups have begun.
